I planned to make this tonight because I needed a "simple" dinner. (busy day) It was simple to make but forget the 30 min. cook time. I had to double it which didn't fit into my day. :(
I didn't expect to be a "Wow" dish and it wasn't but it was good. Kinda reminded me of shake and bake porkchops my Mom made when I was a kid. Not really a bad thing.;)
