Elbows - tell me a bit about yourself - I see you're a young public servant as well . .I am 25, work in the department of Canadian Heritage, and love to cook. I'm still learning, and have been reading CL for about 2 years. The supper club thing seems like a good idea . . .so you're 'curious' - do you think we can rustle up enough interest to get one going?

Hi donnam, name's Nicole, and I work for CCRA. For privacy's sake that's all I'll disclose :cool: I've been in Ottawa for about 3 years.

I've been purchasing CL for a year now, have been hanging around the board here for a little less than that. I'm still new to cooking, i.e. main meals and such. Before then I really enjoyed baking, but simply grew tired of Open-sauce-pour-over-cooked-pasta meals. DBF has been most appreciative of most meals I spring on them, even the ones where I double the garlic content!

I hope that this thread will catch the eye of others interested in the supper club idea. Meanwhile I'll brainstorm and try to think of others who may be interested.
