This was good but not terrific--about a 6. I'd make it again in a pinch but I've had other beef/noodle recipes that were better.

We just had this for dinner tonight and it just wasn't very good. My husband ate a few bites and then started eating all of his roasted squash so I knew he didn't like it. But he was a very good boy and didn't say anything until I declared it a bust. However, he generously gave it a 5 on the old scale and ate it because he was hungry. I hope this doesn't sound too harsh, just trying to be truthful and it goes without saying that this particular recipe will not be repeated.

I made this for company. I used flank steak because it was what I had. Since I always marinate flank steak I got a little anxious about it not having enough flavor so I did a dry rub mixture on it an hour before. It was fairly inhaled by the guest and our boys so I guess it's a keeper. Sorry you guys had lukewarm results.
