starting a new club or joining one

I'm interested in joining a Supper club or starting one,I live on the south shore in Patchogue on Long Island. I work for an International airline and work different shifts. I just remodeled my kitchen so I have a nice size Island with an extra sink. We could begin at my house then go from there. Anybody interested? Also since this is my first, I could use some "how do I do this" advise from the experienced hostesses out there. Thank you.
