cream puffs

Has anyone tried the Cooking Light cream puff recipes? How do they taste--"diety" at all (I'm mainly interested in the puff part, as I can play with the filling)? Are they easy to make?

Or do you have a tried and true cream puff recipe that works for you?

Any tips I should know about making cream puffs?
