Does anyone know what the brand of baking sheets they have on the food network? I would like to invest in some new ones, mine are getting kinda of grungy/or grungie. Thx Matt

Sorry, Matt, I don't know what brand, but if you watch the closing credits of each show, it should list the brands of cooking equipment (you know, cookware provided by _________).
Goofy as it sounds, you may want to tape the end of the show(s) & pause your tape in strategic places; after all, some of those credits go byreallyfast.

I use a stone that I got from Pampered Chef. You can do the first batch on the stone and get the other batches ready on parchment and just slide on and go. If you're lucky enuf to have 2 ovens or a convection, you can do two at a time! They're a cinch to clean...

TJ Maxx has a new shipment of Chicago Metallic bakeware. (cake pans, pie plates, cookie sheets, etc) right now. These look really nice are heavy duty...should last a lifetime.

I've also been looking around for new baking sheets -- mine have seen better days, and I don't want to replace them with something that won't last.

I use my baking stone for pizza and a few other odds and ends, but I despise the way it makes EVERYTHING crunchy.

Anyone's wise suggestions are more than welcome http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
