Supper Club in Vancouver BC - Fall 2003??

I thought I'd send out a hello - and see if anyone is interested in a Vancouver club?

I had search of the boards and saw that all the interest was from back in 2001. Since the current issue of CL has a new article on the Supper Club idea - I thought "Why Not???"

Please send a post to the board if you're interested - and we'll see if something can be put together. Maybe something on a monthly or bi-monthly basis?

It's always nice to meet new people with common interests!

Hayley, I know there is a supper club running in Vancouver right now. I would suggest contacting Terri-Lynn about it, if you don't get any new respondents. I personally would love the idea, but the BF doesn't:(

Our supperclub has been going for about 6 months or so, we do it potluck style but usually some things do get cooked during the dinner. There are four couple who meet every month, and we alternate couples home. Whom ever is hosting picks the theme for the dinner, and we are not set on just using CL recipes.

It is a very relaxed group and we have a good time together.

Hi Moira and Don,

We do meet every month, although sometimes with timing it doesnt always work out. I do not know if you are looking for that much of a committment and if you are set to only meeting every other month.

If you are interested in our club, our next dinner is tentatively November 1st.
