I defrosted some chicken thights last Saturday to use for supper club. Unfortunately, we all got flu and ended up cancelling the meeting that night.
Well...I made the dish I was going to make that night on Sunday night, just to use up those chickens. I thought I used them all, but I found today there are 4 more thighs left.:eek:
It was defrosted on Saturday......is it still safe to cook and eat??? Of course I'm not going to refreeze them, but just wondering how long is safe to keep defrosted meat. (I defrost them in the friege.)
