Comfort in a Casserole

Just wondering if anyone has tried any of the "Comfort in a Casserole" recipes from the CL website? Any recommendations?

Haven't tried any but thinking about the Chili-Cheese one, minus the chocolate!

Consider trying it with the chocolate...it's a regular ingredient in traditional mexican cooking. if you've ever tried mole you've had chocolate in mexican food! One chef said that to make all mexican recipes more authentic, try adding a dash of cocoa powder.

I have tried the smashed potoato and broccoli casserole and it is great.
