Favorite CL Appetizers or Desserts?

I'm hosting my Bunco group soon. We start the evening with appetizers, play Bunco, and end with dessert. Usually I need Maalox at the end of the night, so I want to do everything "light" for my night. Any suggestions for favorite CL appetizers or desserts that I could serve? My favorite appetizer so far is toffee dip with apples (I cut out the recipes so I never know issues) but could use some more.

schuh-if you do a search, you will come up with many threads on both appetizers and desserts. I use it all the time when I want to quickly find recipes.

There are a few threads about this, but I must put in my vote for the spinach artichoke dip! Very good- if you make this, I suggest doing a search to see the hints that others have posted for this recipe.

Thanks to you both. I used to frequent the old CL board but it took me awhile to get to the new one. Anyway, I found the "search" button and searched for "favorite appetizers" and my eyes are crossing from reading all the threads! I found, however, that most of the favorite appetizers are horrendously high in fat! I did make note of the two CL recipes that came up the most: spinach-artichoke dip (Sept. 2000 version) and asiago dip, which has been on my "to try" list since that issue came out. I guess I'll make those, plus the toffee dip with apples (which I've made about 6 times and everyone raves about it). If I've missed any other obvious favorites, please let me know! Thanks.

One favorite appetizer of mine is the feta - spinach dip. I think it was in the Jan. 2000 issue. I have made it on several occasions, always with the crostini from the same issue, and it has been a huge hit.
