In two words....not good. This was one of several recipes I earmarked from the Oct. CL and thought it would be good. I did accidentally leave out the crushed red pepper, but even so, I don't think that would have made this a keeper. Both DW and I agreed there was no real flavor to the fish or the sauce. While it was easy to prepare, maybe sole would be better a better flavored fish than cod.

Bummer! I thought that one looked like a good possibility, too. Maybe upping the seasonings would help. I really like the idea of poaching fish, so I might have to play with it a bit!
