Has anyone bought the Ikea cookbook? I'm looking for their swedish meatball recipe that they serve in their cafe. They sell their cookbook in the cafe, but I passed it up cause it was too expensive. I thought I'd be able to find it on the web, but no luck yet! Thanks!

Almiter, sorry to disappoint you but we had that recipe! Unfortunately, my wife didn't like them too much & threw away the recipe! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif
I believe she had found it in one of their sale catalogs. You might try filling out the catalog request form on their site & then waiting patiently.

I searched a few of my trusted sources for recipes (KitchenLink, SOAR), but came up empty. I did run a search for "copycat recipes" on Google (www.google.com) & came up w/"about 2000" results, many of which tout just that, copycat recipes. Good luck....
