Mixed herb and toasted pita salad

I may be mistaken, but a mixed herb and toasted pita salad sounds like another name for a fattoush salad. If so, then the answer to your question is "Yes" I have made this. I've seen some of the CL recipes (I think there have been 2 in the last few years), and they were both good, but I usually just take their basic premise, and make up my own as I go. It's great in the summer with other mediterranean/lebanese dishes. We like sleek, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh etc... Or I've made it to add some starch and salad in one dish to a nonstarch vegetarian meal.
