On a recent episode of Home Matters on the Discovery channel, a gal from Cooking Light magazine made a healthy version of corndogs. I caught the tail end of the episode and didn't get the recipe. I was hoping someone else caught that and could pass the recipe on to me. Thanks for any help

The recipe is posted on the Discovery Channel "Home Matters" website. Here it is:

Morningstar Farms (located in the freezer section) makes a really good version of a corn dog. Advertised as "meat-free" corn dogs...1 corn dog is 150 cal, 4g fat (0.5g sat), 3g fiber, and 0 chol. They're really tasty! When made in the toaster oven they have a really crispy coating and are on a stick so the kids can eat them. We dip'em in the apricot sauce from Sam's Club.
We have made baked corndogs at home using the Grands corn biscuits and fat free hot dogs. I had them on hand, and bought them the second time because you get more and pay less than if you buy the twists. You do have to smash them out. One biscuit probably works for a normal length hot dog, but I had the Ball Park Fat Free Turkey ones which are longer, and I found that I needed one plus a third to a half of another to cover the ends. You could leave the ends peaking out. My son, husband and I all liked them, and there were no crumbs, egg whites and such to deal with.
