View Full Version : Unable to signon to CL website

I am a subscriber of CL magazine and have utilized the CL website for years.
I recently had my hard drive replaced on my computer.
Now when attempting to logon to the CL homepage, I receive the response that my computer is not accepting cookies.
I contacted my computer's Tech Support Desk and the Tech and I made sure cookies were being accepted (they were).
Still no go.
As A Sidenote:
I have signed on to all my other websites with no problem. I've placed orders on my computer (which typically requires cookies acceptance) My computer seems to be accepting cookies from these other websites. Just not Cooking Light's.

I contacted CL via e-mail and they gave me a reference # and attempted to find out what the problem was.
They responded that they are still showing my computer not accepting cookies and gave me instructions for Internet Explorer (my browser) to accept cookies.
OK, so I tried again, following CL's instructions (the same as the Technician's), to make sure my computer was accepting cookies. It was.
I am still unable to logon.
I'm at a loss.
I saw that some subscribers with Mac were having trouble logging on.
Could this then be a CL website problem?
Anyone else have this problem?
Would appreciate any help in this matter.
I'm lost without my CL website.
I'm stuck only accessing CL at work, which they frown upon.
