I love that Cooking Light lists calories, fat grams and fiber grams...makes figuring out my Points so much easier :)

Anyone else here following WW?

I've found I still enjoy cooking, even on the WW program. It's just knowing what I need (fruits, veggies) and working with recipes that include them. In fact, I've done MORE cooking on WW since eating out is so "costly" (Points-wise).

Good thing I've "never met a vegetable I didn't like" (to paraphrase Will Rogers) :D

Welcome Denise to the fabulous world of WW and Cooking Light :D There are several members here who do WW ..either online or in meetings. You can find a few on "the me i want to be" thread which is a weight loss support thread started once a week with a different topic.

There are lots of success stories here, and we're all in love with Cooking Light recipes!

I'm a WW member and I find it works very well with the Cooking Light philosophy and recipes. Welcome and good luck!

I'm also a WW member, and I love incorporating Cooking Light recipes in my program. In fact, there is a great daily CL thread on the WW boards.
