I got my food processor - thanks for all the imput

I got it over the weekend. It's the 7-cup Cuisinart Professional Classic. I think I have chopped & shredded everything in my refrigerator. It's so much fun! I even made the spinach dip in it yesterday. It turned out realy well - very well mixed and a finer consistency - I think I like it that way better. Not to mention the artichoke hearts were pureed to the point I couldn't even see them in the dip http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
