This was delicious! The flavors in the meatballs melded together perfectly, and the dish as whole was very alive with taste. If you like Greek food (especially gyros and such) you should really try this recipe. I made it last night along w/ a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta and kalamata olives as well as crusty bread w/ parsley-garlic butter. The house smelled like a Greek restaurant---yummy! This is a definite repeater in my house...
Where is the recipe? I don't remember it!

If you look in the recipe finder on the website, it's there. I'm not sure what issue it's from.

Kristi, I found the Greek meatballs where you suggested but not the Lemon-Herb Orzo. Is that a mix you buy or what?

lsdesign, the lemon-herb orzo is just listed under a different recipe...
It's really simple, but tasty. I used more lemon juice and spices than called for.
Here it is:
Lemon-Herb Orzo:
5 cups hot cooked orzo (about 21/2 cups uncooked rice-shaped pasta)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well.
Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
