I live in Rochester, Minnesota and would love to create a Cooking Light dinner club. It doesn't have to be terribly fancy or formal, but I think it would be nice to do a potluck get-together approximately once a month with like-minded cooking types. I would guess that Friday or Saturday evenings would be best, but I'm open to other possibilities. Let me know if you're interested.
