Hello Fellow CLers~

I really appreciate the wonderful recipe feedback on this board. After hearing all the raves for Barbecued Chicken Pot Pie & Raspberry-Balsamic Chicken, I decided I had to make them. I tried the Barbecued Chicken Pot Pie last night and LOVED it! I substituted jallapenos for the chiles to increase the heat too. I am looking forward to making the Raspberry-Balsamic Chicken this week. I was wondering what side dishes others have served with either if these tasty dishes? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Well, always a salad, or steamed asparagus or broccoli.

One of my favorite salads is spinach (or dark lettuce), blue cheese, walnuts and sliced pears with a dressing of balsamic vinegar and lemon or oil.

Another is spinach with srawberries and almonds with a dressing of balsamoc vinegar and honey!

Both are yummy!

I've made the balsamic-raspberry chicken several times. We love the flavor of the sauce, so I usually double it and serve it over couscous. Green beans are nice with it, too.

Thank you for the ideas, ladies! The couscous idea is very appealing to me along with a spinach salad so I will try those this week with the raspberry-balsamic chicken recipe. Thx!!!

I have served the Herbed Basmatti Rice and steamed asparagus with the Balsamic Raspberry Chicken...flavors go well together; the couscous sounds delicious too.
