In search of another review I did not see in the search, archives, pop. thread, etc. Anyone made this?

Hi Sherry. I have not made either the goat strudels nor the cheesecake but I have made red epper pesto. and froze it succesfully. When I have friends over I thaw a chunk and put it in the microwave just to warm it up then add Parmessan cheese and a bit more extra virgin olive oil. We use rounds of French bread and use it as a spread.
Note: When making pesto I leave out the Parmessan if I am freezing it. I always add the freshly grated Parmessan at the time I am serving it.
The cheesecake sounds a very interesting recipe. Good luck.
