Nutrition Information for Sushi?

I was wondering if anyone has any good resources to figuring out the nutritional information for various sushi items. Twice a month I coordinate a sushi get together and I'm trying to figure out the best way to track those numbers in my food log from these trips.

We have the (IMHO) world's greatest supermarket originating out of Rochester NY...
In addition to an unbelievable selection of products they have an incredible selection of ready to eat goods - including sushi. For those of you who have experienced a Whole Foods store - think X10!!!!
Anyway - I just checked and Wegman's has the nutritional info for sushi on their site. You can print it using PDF format.
Go to their home page - scroll down keeping your eyes on the right hand side and click on nutritional information and then sushi!!!

Ah, the dark dreary days of Rochester, NY, oh how I loathe them! I do miss Wegmans though, the ability to shop at 3am when you can't sleep was the greatest thing ever. I can't stand how none of the Supermarkets North of Boston area rarely open later than 11pm.
