30-Second rule?

Hi Jennifer,
Can you shed some light on the 30-second rule between posts? Can it be shorter? I often get an error because I reply too close to my last one.

I often find this message appearing when it has been much longer than 30 seconds from my last post. I've even left the room to get a glass of water or something, come back to try again and it still gives me the 30 second message. ???
