Cool picture icons by name

How do you all get the cool picture icons by your names with the
tag line" beneath it? I'm jealous !!

You'll find some avatars by first clicking on the user cp button at the top of the page. Then click on Editing options and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You'll find the Avatar section at the bottom; click on the more info and another page will open and you can choose from there. For animated .gifs you'll need to visit a website that has free ones. That website will have directions on how to use the avatars on another website. This would be a good site to look at http://www.animationlibrary.com/a-l/ and I'm sure others have their favorite sites that they'd share...
