A bunch of us got together for a cooking light dinner. We made about 15 items of the Jan/Feb issue and i loved every single one of them.

I made the foccacia garlic bread and it was SO EASY AND QUICK to make. perfect for appetizer or accompany spaghetti or salads. i used the dried ingredients but i think fresh would be even better

some of the other people at our dinner thought it had great flavor and would be great with salad and another thought it was very good and perfect with a pasta meal!

Buddie, I also made this and loved it! I served it with the Balsamic Vinaigrette Chicken over Gourmet Greens and really enjoyed both dishes. I posted a review a week or two ago on it. Anyway, I just bought some Boboli crusts yesterday as I plan to make it again this week. Probably will serve it with pasta this time. Since it is just two of us, I used the small individual size Boboli crusts that come in packs of two . It was perfect!
