My mother has a recipe for a spiced cider that has fresh orange juice and lemon juice in it. She would like to make a powdered version of what she mixes with the cider so that she can sell it with a jug of their cider. Anyone have any suggestions for what to use in place of the oj and lemon juice that is in a powdered form? She adds maple syrup to it also which she is going to include with the cider/powder mix so it's sweet already and she doesn't want to cut down the amt of maple syrup. I thought of lemonade powder and tang, but they are too sweet. Thanks in advance!
