I found this book at the library today, and had to check it out since this is what we are getting my daughter for Christmas.
It is pretty interesting. The book includes a brief history of the Easy Bake Oven. The most interesting part is the recipes. The recipes were created by famous chefs and short anecdotes about their easy bake ovens when they were a kid. A majority of the recipes aren't even dessert recipes. Rick Bayless included a recipe for Chilaquiles with Roasted Tomato Salsa. Can you imagine cooking this with an Easy Bake Oven, it cracks me up.
