I recently bought a water distiller from http://www.waterdistiller.com. Even with shipping and handling, it was only $120, which is half what my Kitchen Aid food processor cost!! Oddly enough, I don't know a single person who has a distiller. Anyway, I just got the unit this week, and I'm going to figure out how to use it today--it looks pretty easy. I'm really excited about the prospect of having fresh distilled water. Now I don't have to go to Wal-Mart to buy it (they're out of it half the time), I don't have to worry about who filled up the store-bought plastic jug, and I will feel better about discarding less plastic waste into the environment. If you've ever thought about buying a distiller, I don't think you'll find a better price--in fact, this company guarantees that it will beat the price of any competitor. Anyway, I'm so happy about finally having a distiller and gaining control over the water I drink.
