Cannot post on my Kahlico username

[I Can't Kahlico]

My Kahlico username logs in okay but when I try to post or PM it's telling me I don't have permission to access that page and I can't go any further. I haven't received any emails regarding my account (other than an email telling me I have a new PM).

Please help me :)

It took me too long to get my permission. After writing for help to the moderator several times, I finally wrote an email to customer service. Once I did that, I received attention from the moderator right away and she gave me permission. I think you need to do the same thing and appeal to customer service, not the moderator.
