Hi all,
I was looking for a cookbook for an uncle of mine. He is on the Atkins diet and is doing really well. Anyone here know of a good compilation of low carb/no carb recipes?

"500 Low Carb Recipes" by Dana Carpender. She has a wonderful writing style and her recipes work well and taste great.

How about The Good Carb Cookbook? I don't have it, but have made several recipes that have been posted on this BB, and they were great. I''m not sure if this cookbook is low-carb necessarily, but it does focus on the good, healhthy carbs.

Check out the Low Carb Comfort Foods Cookbook. I've made several recipes from it (including desserts) and have been happy with the results.
