Hi, We really love this rub and have used it many times on chicken. It is simply superb that way. Has anyone used it on turkey or anything else? Thanks!

I have used it on turkey, chicken, a pork roast, and may have thrown it on chops once, even though they say it is best on meats that cook slowly. I have also sprinkled a little black and red on top of it with the chicken. I love it, and it makes the best gravy I've ever had with a turkey, and I don't think I had to add any seasoning at all (maybe a tiny bit of salt) because the drippings already had all that great flavor. Hope that answers your question.
