We are starting to think about our summer vacation, which we will spend with 2 of DH's brothers and their families. We usually head to the Outer Banks which is a 'halfway point' between the New Jersey and Georgia families. The beach is always great but last year I read an article about summer camps for families, and I thought it might be fun to try something new. Most were regular summer camps that reserved one or two weeks for family vacations. I remember clipping the article but now I can't put my hands on it. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are looking for a place between NJ and Georgia if possible.

I found this article http://familyfun.go.com/travel/places/feature/famf39camp/famf39camp.html ( family camps on the Family Fun website. There is a link in it for family camps.

I know of some here in California and they are great. They are also very popular and sell out quickly.

Have fun looking.
