I received the 2004 annual the other day, and I don't recall ordering it. Is this just part of a CL subscription, they send you the annuals at the end of the year, and if you want it, you keep it and pay the bill, and if not, you send it back? I'm glad I got it, I think it's great and will probably look into getting other annuals, I just think it's odd how I got it!

Have you ordered any books previously from Oxmoor House? I THINK that if you do there is (supposedly) fine print in the literature accompanying your order that says they will send you future books to look at/purchase unless you let them know you do not want to receive them. I received such unsolicited books and it caused no end of problems because they were being delivered to my billing address - a place I was not allowed to receive packages, or to my house in the States and I didn't know they (and their invoices) were there until I went home on vacation months later. I would read through everything you got with the book and see if there is any information about about future mailings.

I have one word for you...Amazon.com. They have the annual book for $20.97 versus the $34.97 or so they want to charge you through Oxmoor. Oxmoor is evil.

I also received the annual and didn't order it. It's a pain to send it back. I will get in touch with Oxmoor and tell them to take my name off their mailing list. This really makes me mad.

If you haven't opened the box, all you should have to do is write in big black letters "Return to Sender". I've done that numerous times. I like to drop the books in a regular mailbox.
