View Full Version : ISO: nutritional info for chk florentine cass
I think my request got lost in the casserole post, so I thought I would ask again. This is my favorite casserole and was hoping to get the nutritional information from one of you mastercook people or maybe from, the wonderful casserole originator, Lindrusso http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif. TIA.

Sorry S - never saw the request! I don't have the nutritional information from the magazine (don't even know what magazine I got it from), but according to Mastercook, if this recipe yields 6 servings, the info would be as follows:
Cal 418 (31% from fat); Fat 14g (sat 7 g, mono 7g, poly 1g); Carb 37g; Chol 75 mg; Sodium 790 mg; Protein 33g; Calc 267g; Iron 5mg.
Mastercook is not always entirely accurate since it is very sensitive to how you enter information, but I remember when I read the recipe that the magazine claimed 30% of calories from fat, so this should be pretty accurate.

Thank you that is very helpful.
