Star onCursor?

Whenever I am on the CL BB and I open a thread, I get a star on my cursor. What does this mean? This is the only BB that I open.

I believe it's from Google's popup blocker. Do you have the Google toolbar running? If so, it automatically blocks popups (which occur at this site), and for a brief time, there is a star on the cursor.
