I just tried out the fudgy cake souffle in preparation for our Cooking Club on Saturday. As others had mentioned it wasn't very sweet. It was good, but I need just a LITTLE MORE DECADENCE! I'd like to put in twice the sugar (at least). Does any know more about how the sugar affects the eggs?

Did you use the pecan-caramel sauce when you served it? That adds a lot of sweetness. I think you could safely increase the sugar but it would be easier to put a little more sauce on the serving!
