Does it matter what type of parmesan cheese I use? Fresh grated or Kraft from the can???

I'm of the opinion that it's always, always, always best to use fresh Parmesan in any recipe.
If all you have is the stuff in the green can and you don't feel like making a trip to the store, go ahead and use it - but the flavor will suffer. ;)

I agree 100%. Fresh parmesan is ALWAYS in my fridge. I just wasn't sure if it would affect the texture of the balls or not.
