I want to make tofumole

I can't remember when the recipe for "tofumole" was in CL....Recently I think....Anyway, I was thinking about making it tomorrow for the Superbowl but would like to hear any reviews from those who maybe have made it already....I don't routinely make tofu dishes, however the combination of that with avocado, green onions, tomato, and some seasonings sounded appealing to me...Thanks!!!!!!!

I think it was in the November issue. I was excited about this recipe, but something about the texture did not appeal to me at all. It wasn t creamy enough, I think. The taste was okay, but not outstanding (all this is IMHO, of course). Others liked it, fortunately, but there were leftovers that I ended up tossing (which I hate to do). http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/redface.gif I kept letting it sit so the flavors would blend and hopefully improve but I couldn t make myself like it.

Maybe others have had more success?
