I just had to tell you how much I enjoyed your posts for Creme de Cocoa balls and the Bailey's Irish Cream balls! The cookies were to die for and will be the perfect addition to my cookie trays. My question is, do you know where you got the Bailey's recipe? I'd like to look through the cookbook and se what else thay have.

I'll tag along on Christine's post to say that I too enjoyed them- and without any of the work, as I simply ate the ones Christine made. :D They were indeed very good. So thanks from me too, Val!

So good, in fact, that I made a batch for DH's office party, along with a batch of the Orange Melts from the St. Petersburg cookie article. Luckily there were a few of each leftover for us at home.
