How Big a Prime Rib

I'm thinking of making a prime rib for Christmas Eve. There will be 5 adults (3 men) and 2 children. How big of a prime rib should I get? The men will probably be hearty meat eaters. I'm not sure how to gauge it due to the amount of bones vs meat.

Be sure to have enough for leftovers-- it makes great sandwiches. I'd suggest 5 or 6 pounds. Check Sandy's post on this thread (http://community.cookinglight.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=553025#post553025) about buying a good cut.
