Mamasue or anyone who could help.
I'm trying to learn how to use graphics. I pulled up an old thread of yours that explained it step by step. I did fine until I got to the last step which said to press submit. I'm new to the computer so I don't want to sound dumb but my computer doesn't have a submit botton. (I tried Enter) Help!

I tried it Tiger, see if it works, the submit is to submit now - under the box you type into. Try it again! Thanks to your question, I can finally do this!!

Mamasue- thank you! thank you! I finally got it!!
I'm taking a beginners computer course at my local school in Feb. It's funny at work I do dexascans, which measures people's bone density with a computer. But I couldn't even do graphics!
Susan L- thank you too! I'm glad you learned also!

I just wanted to try it out and see if I could get a graphic in of my dog, and it did work. But I took it out because it was so big I didn't want people to have problems loading stuff. Nice to know for future reference.

Tiger....I knew you could do it. Just remember that not all sites offer UBB code like this ones does. Some sites you have to add a different code. Here is a site that can give you some idea on computer fun stuff. Don't get confused sites that use different codes. If you see a site that uses UBB like this one then you can apply the instructions that I gave you. Always check the FAQ on the sites to find out.

Where do you get all of your animated graphics?
Tiger,
I believe you're supposed to get a signed model release from me before posting my photo. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif
Hi,
I saw this thread title and clicked on it because I always wanted to know how to put some graphics into a message too.
I've read your post on how to do it and I'm still a bit, (I won't say how much,) confused.
However, I'm going to try it and see if it works, here goes.

I hope this works. I like Rabbits, hope you do too.
Ed
Hey! it worked. Thanks for the pointers, I'll try to do it again sometime.

Ed,
I love it. Why not post it on the thread about trying the Rabbit Ridge Zinfandel (the thread about this week s virtual wine pick)? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif Cheers.
Gail,
I thought of you too when I saw Tiger s graphic (NOT because it looks like you, but because I ve seen you use that graphic when talking about a particularly delicious recipe). How is my drinking buddy these days? Well, I hope. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

WOW...Mamasue is SO proud of all her students! Hehe http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
ElinorC and Ed....if you go to one my favorite search engine, www.google.com (http://www.google.com) and type in whatever graphics you are looking for, such as, rabbit graphics or animated gifs or animated cat graphics you will get a list of sites. There is millions out there and don't forget to check the links on each site...they bring you to more related sites. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

All better now, thanks for asking. Didn't your ears burn on New Year's Eve when I toasted you as promised? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
Ed,
Is that poor bunny jumping to warm himself up? Little fella looks a mite blue...
Hi,
Sue, thanks for the nice words and the info on other Graphics, I think this Graphics searching and transporting is kind of fun.
And Gail, It is cold enough here to keep a Bunny Hopping, as a matter of fact the Bunny Hop in kind of popular here in the winter.
Now that you remind me of it there is something called the Minnesota 2 step.
You see people doing that when they have to stand out doors for a period of time longer than they should or would like to.
It's done by shuffeling in place from one foot to the next to keep warm while waiting for a bus, or watching a parade on a real cold day. Haven't thought about that in years, but every once in a while if I travel to the "Cities" I'll spot someonew doing it.

Thank you, Ed, for educating me. Although that dance isn't too popular in Southern California, I've seen it myself when I've traveled to colder climates. Next time I see someone moving that way, I can shout, "Look! He (or she) is doing the Minnesota 2 Step!"
BTW guys...I really love all the great graphics, but you might want to delete some. This thread is becoming a bear to load. (No Mamasue, you do NOT have to post a bear graphic this time!)
Thanks for the smile, all. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Gail,
Glad to hear it. And you remembered! Now I know I wasn t just hearing voices when I suddenly woke up around 3 AM on Jan. 1 (being in the East). And yes, those ears were sure hot {bashful blush} http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif As for you, you were probably enjoying an elegant New Years Eve dinner at 9 PM your time when I toasted you... I presume you also had your black eyed peas the next day and hope they work for you. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
Ed,
I saw your bunny hopped over to the wine tasting thread. Thanks for the smile. I hope you, Sharon and family are all doing well.

This is probably a stupid question, but can I use these graphics in e-mails?
I'm so excited I learned how to use these graphics!
