What to Serve w/ Picadillo????

I am making this for the first time tonight and am wondering what to serve with it. The recipe I'm looking at calls for it to be served w/ flour tortillas (which I don't have on hand). I'm thinking perhaps it would be good over rice...any suggestions?

I had Picadillo at a party and it was served with rice. It was very good that way, I thought. That was the one and only time that I have ever had it, though, so I don't have any other suggestions.

Yes I would go with white rice maybe a green salad too

I've served rice with it and it's good, but I really liked it with baked sweet potato! I think the recipe I made suggested serving it with plantains but I used the sweet potato.
