Hi all. This is my first BB, first post!
I recently tried this recipe for Oct. 2000 issue and it is AWESOME. One question though, it makes a lot and I wonder if leftover bisque can be frozen.

Yes, I have frozen the bisque with no problem. I agree it is delicious! I've made it several times -- I think it's especially good as the beginner to a meal for guests. When I made it for Christmas dinner, I made it ahead up to the point when you add the half and half. Then on Christmas all I had to do was reheat and add the cream. It was delicious and very impressive!
