Recipe Box

I am not able to save recipes into the recipe box. Can anyone help?

Hi Vicky - I just went and added a recipe so for now it seems to be working for me. However I have had problems every now and again. I would try it again and if you don't have any luck then send an email to Jennifer at CL. She was very helpful when I had trouble a few weeks ago importing recipes from other sites. Good luck!

Thanks for the info Gecko. I tried again and it wouldn't work. The message said to create a new box ,and when I did it didn't work. I will try to get Jennifer's attention.

I am sorry that it is still not working for you. Definitely email Jennifer with a complete description of the steps you are taking and the error that is coming up. She responded pretty quickly and, after a bit of digging, they were able to correct the problem. Good luck!
