Saturday: Greek Chicken With Raisins and Capers -CL, Spinach Rice Feta Pie -CL, Soy Glazed Sweet Potatoes -EW winter '04 and CL, green veggie
Sunday: Chili Seasoned Baked Fish -?epicurious, leftover sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, salad.
Monday: Seafood Lasagna -Dec. '03 CL(leftover). This was really good. I made a few modifications since I am allergic to shrimp, and since it had a few reviews that it was dry. Mine turned out quite moist and delicious. Will probably have a salad and green veggie too.
Tues. and Wed: Finish leftover chicken and fish
Thurs: Going to New Year's Day Open House. Even though it ends at 4p.m., DH will probably not want dinner since he usually overdoes it at these type of things. I will prob. have soup and salad(I have better self control than DH:D ).
Friday: TBD!
Misc: Making rugelach to take to MIL's next Sat. as well as a few more "kid" friendly finger dessert type goodies she requested(mini-muffins, chocolate, of course and cookies), Pot-O-Soup(for me:D ), and muffins for the freezer to grab for breakfasts.
Happy New Year!
Karen
