I am reporting in on the halibut having made it last night. Although the noodles were good with the fish, they weren't to die for. What I did learn thought was that hoisin sauce is an excellent way to flavor broiled fish. I think that I will keep some around for this purpose in the future even when I don't make the noodles to accompany the fish.
