Hey! That's exactly what mine is doing. I'm taking it to the doctor today. I looked up the service centers online, and there is one nearby. They said they'll do a free estimate. I'll let you know what they say.

There seem to be a lot of problems with KitchenAids lately. Please, God, don't let KitchenAid go down the path of cheap and shoddy like some of my other favorite brands have done....
