blue cheese chicken

On the Today show on Tuesday, January 30, a consultant from Cooking Light mentioned comfort foods, twoof which were blue cheese chicken and chocolate chip cookies. Does anyone have these recipes or a website link to them?

It was the Herb-Crusted Chicken and the Blue Cheese Potatoes. It was nice seeing the CL editor on the show.

I'm fairly certain that Katie (yup, we're good friends) said that the recipes were on www.msnbc.com (http://www.msnbc.com)
I don't know about the chicken, but the bleu cheese mashed potatoes and maybe? the cookies were in the Jan/Feb. issue.
