No big plans today (having a birthday right after Christmas sucks!!!:D

I am treating myself to a morning in my PJ's biting my nails as Canada and the US play for the gold in the World Junior Hockey Champs (we are winning 3-1 at the end of the 2nd period). Not much of NHL fan but love world hockey!

No birthday cake for me.... yesterday we had lunch out and I had a huge piece of apple Pie. Time to buckle down and eat right. (but if a cake arrived from Chicago I would eat it!:D :D )

Well all credit to the US for coming back from a 3-1 deficit. I am afraid I had worries about Fleury- he looked a little weak...how must he feel about that final goal??? It was painful to watch.

It's funny a win down there is not a big deal while up here we are all very sad and analyzing the thing to death.. Kind of pathetic how we Canadians put so much of our idenity in hockey...... (can we beat you in a football game sometime????:D yeah like that would ever happen.:D
