My DH absolutely loves this bread we buy at the Chinese grocery store we go to.
It's called 'Milk Custard Bread'. This bread is super soft/tender and pretty much melts in your mouth. Inside there is like this sugary concoction that is just yummy. This bread is so tender is can barely 'stand'.
Does anyone have a recipe for this? I have done the odd search but I've found nothing. I've been promising DH for ages I'd try and make it so I'd like to finally surprise him this weekend.
